Terms of Service

We provide exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to:

• House washing
• Driveway cleaning
• Patio cleaning
• Deck cleaning
• Walkway cleaning
• Fence cleaning
• Exterior surface cleaning

Services are limited to those specifically listed on your estimate, invoice, or work order.

Unless specifically agreed to in writing, our services do not include:

• Roof cleaning, washing, or treatment
• Roof or gutter repairs
• Window cleaning
• Surface sealing
• Painting or staining
• Landscaping services
• Construction or repair work
• Mold remediation
• Hazardous material removal
• Biohazard cleanup

The Company does not provide roofing, engineering, environmental, or professional inspection services.

Customers acknowledge that exterior cleaning may reveal pre-existing conditions including, but not limited to:

• Oxidized siding
• Chipped paint
• Cracked mortar
• Deteriorated caulking
• Loose siding
• Wood rot
• Existing water intrusion
• Surface staining
• Previous repair defects

The Company is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper installation, age-related deterioration, deferred maintenance, or manufacturer defects.

The customer agrees to provide reasonable access to a functioning exterior water source. If water access is unavailable, additional charges may apply or service may be rescheduled.

If electrical access is required, the customer agrees to provide reasonable access to a standard electrical outlet.

The customer agrees to provide safe and unobstructed access to all work areas. The Company reserves the right to refuse service where conditions are unsafe or inaccessible.

Reasonable care will be taken to protect landscaping and exterior features. However, customers acknowledge that exterior cleaning involves water, cleaning solutions, and runoff.

The Company is not responsible for:

• Existing plant disease
• Weak or damaged vegetation
• Pre-existing landscaping issues
• Damage resulting from customer failure to disclose sensitive plants or property conditions

All estimates are based on information available at the time of quoting. Final pricing may be adjusted if:

• Property size differs materially from the information provided
• Additional services are requested
• Accessibility issues are encountered
• Excessive staining, algae, mold, or buildup requires additional treatment

Customers will be notified before any material change in pricing.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, credit card, and electronic payment. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection efforts and applicable fees permitted by law.

Exterior cleaning services are weather dependent. The Company reserves the right to reschedule services due to rain, high winds, lightning, unsafe temperatures, or other adverse conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's liability for any claim arising out of services performed shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

If you are dissatisfied with any area cleaned by the Company, you must notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address any legitimate service concerns.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which services are performed.
